Alessandro dari permits the restitution within 10 days (60 for non-italian clients) when not satisfied, with total refund of the total amount net of shipping charges.

We will refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our mistake.


You can have the purchased jewels repaired free of charge, you will just have to pay delivery expenses. We will only repair jewels that were bought at Alessandro Dari.
